I want there to be a wedding in a future story event

What could be more memorable on our journey than being a guest at a wedding and seeing two of the Traveler's NPC friends tie the knot? I personally want to see this happen between Timaeus and Ying'er, as they've been going steady for years now.

Maybe this Lantern Rite we could have Timaeus propose to Ying'er and then a future event could have us actually do the wedding. Of course, that'd mean Timaeus would eventually have to move out of Mondstadt (but at least he wouldn't be blocking the Crafting Table), but I would encourage that.

Oh, absolutely! Events like this are great because it gives us more grounding in the game world and makes it harder for us to emotionall cope when crap hits the fan.

I'm also just a big emotional softie and love stuff like this anyway, so I wouldn't object to it. After all, we've visited graves and memorials in funerary respect, so why not have some fun with something more positive?

Was gonna point out that those two NPCs in Ayato’s SQ were gonna marry, but then I remembered that the whole story was about them cancelling it lol

Technically Kamaji and Chisato only postponed the wedding because the political situation in Inazuma made the timing terrible. But yeah, we could eventually go to their wedding.

I'd prefer Timaeus and Ying'er, though.
