So what was the point of showing Pierro in Nod-krai in the interlude teaser?
the Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: The Gods' Limits was one of the first teaser for nod-krai and it showed Pierro being in nod-krai and visiting various locations
this teaser and the fact that before then we knew that many of the fatui higher up were going to nod-krai because of the pale star edict, made it seem like he would be there and that it would be a big deal
and yet not only he wasn't there, but the story itself never even mention anything about it, you would think that at least we would see something about him in rerir's flashback but we didn't even get anything at all
at least the teaser that they made after this one made a bit of sense, even if that too has some weird stuff on it (varka saying that he is here for the moon? nefer beign a storyteller?)

Remember Dottore burning the Irminsul tree? Or the Natlan trailer where Mavuika challenges Capitano to join their tournament?
Maybe they will, who knows. But so far there are no proof that all of them are canon.
confirmed by the devs themselves to be one of the upcoming events 2 times already
