I mean, you've pretty much got it there. Maybe replace Fischl with Mona for Hydro resonance, since Fischl can apply too much Electro to keep up with just Columbina.
Then your second team could be Fischl, Chevreuse, Bennett, Razor or Klee or any other Pyro/Electro DPS.

First half doesn't really have specific mechanics, so Overload should be fine. Maybe Venti DPS with Sucrose Bennett Mona might work, or swap Sucrose for Xiao DPS. It's kinda hard to tell who you do and don't have built well.

Not really, their personal damage is a bigger contributor, so Albedo DEF and Bina HP is still better. EM is a nice substat to get passively though, just not something to focus on if it sacrifices Crit or their main stat.

Yes, but you'd play it more of a quick-swap team, where you just make sure you're swapping and using abilities on cooldown as much as possible. Nobody adds much benefit to being on-field, though Columbina adding Hydro app with normal attacks is the 'best' to keep up reactions, so while everyone is on cooldown you'd ideally be on her.
