So not only are the chibi birthday arts gone, they're changing birthday art to make them more generic and less in-world related? I wouldn't have minded if we still had two birthday arts where this replaced the chibi one, but yeah I'm just really disappointed in these decisions.

How is this one "generic and less in-world related"?? 🤔 We've had many birthday artworks where the character is just looking at the viewer and smiling before this year.

When I say 'generic' here,I mean them using some random background that's only there so the character isn't floating in empty space in the picture.
Past fully rendered birthday art featured characters meeting us s*omewhere* in the world, which can range from a vague location like somewhere indoors in Liyue Harbor for a bunch of Zhongli's past brithday art, and somewhere more specific like a river near Vimara Village for Tighnari's most recent art.
Being very good about these kinds of details is one of the reasons why I love Genshin, so it leaves a sour taste in my mouth when they become more lax with it or cut it out completely.

If Diona gets played with another Hexenzirkel Member, she gains a new Effect called "Ice Shake Pummeling", which has following effect:
When Diona uses her Burst Skill, while standing in its AoE Effect, will Cryo DMG get increased based on Diona's Max HP and her Shieldings gain a Health Bonus, while taken Damage to the Shield gets restored now by the Burst Skill's Healing Effect too. While being shielded has Diona and Party Members now 10% increased Crit Rate and 20% increased Crit DMG from her own Cryo Shield. Increases also the amount of Cat Paw Hits from her Elemental Skill by +4, as long Diona's HP are full and these 4 Extra Hits can restore some Energy and Stamina.
General Improvements aside of Hexenzirkel.
Diona receives now a Charge lvl 2 Shot, which causes AoE Cryo Damage, which can also Heal surrounding Allies by a bit, based on Diona's Max HP, which replaces the Charge Time of her Lvl 1, which is now basicalyl instantly loaded up, so Diona can fire off now Ice Arrows without delay.
Base Movement Speed/Stamina as part of one of her passives is now increased. Diona as Cat Girl shoudl run faster than normal non Cat Girl Characters, same goes also for Kirara, she shoudl be able to run faster than any other as Delivery Girl and provide more Stamina to the Team.
When Diona is at full HP, she should get her Healing Bonus she has as increase for her ATK Stat and Crit DMG Stat. So Diona = 100% HP, has for example 50% HB% and 1000 ATK and 50% Crit DMG%, while HP = 100% > ATK raises from 1000 > 1500 and Crit DMG% rises increase from 50 > 100%. Diona gets hit, Buffs removed. That way, using lots of HB% becomes good for her for her DPS, mkaing her a DPS better, but fragile, so that you will want to keep her protected, with either her skill, or Shields/Crystallizes from others to keep her Hp at Max.
