Ineffa first

Ineffa is a solid electro shield, which is nice if you're working around team restrictions such as with characters like Cheveruse or Navia
She also enables Lunar Charge, which can deal a hefty amount of damage with the right team.

upgrade ineffa, sucrose, fischl level as high as you can, also their weapons. dont farm artifact domains. just focus on upgrading random artifacts with atk%. crit rate and energy recharge are also nice. you should upgrade ineffa skills and burst only, dont upgrade her normal attack.
