If your genshin oc were actually in game, what special dish would he(r) have?

My OC is a Pneumousia phantom who possesses various machines on a quest for a Pneumousia powered robot with a voice box so he can scream. Suddenly being a ghost that haunts robots is terrifying and it's incredibly annoying not being able to express this terror vocally.
He makes a mean fried chicken. He can't eat a mean fried chicken because he lacks an organic body with which to consume food, but he can still make it.
