Is it a different animation for different sequences of AA ? Like resting after N1 she does one thing, after N2 another, N3 another and so on

Yeah, only very early characters have basic animations, they started putting more effort into them after that. Some are more flashy than others tho. Characters released during and after Fontaine have especially flashy recovery animations, look at Arlecchino and Furina for example.
