How can the primordial powers of teyvat exist simultaneously on mutilple person/s? Dottore had them, Columbina too after meeting with the three moon goddesses and with the shades as well? At the same time?

moon marrows are the core of the moon goddess, aka their corpse. so when bina sent them back to teyvat, she understands they eventually turn into the marrows, and get stolen by dottore. so in modern time, where there is no true moon goddess they are considered very powerful artifacts. but bina was able to go back in time and inherit their full powers. it's also why bina easily defeats dottore when both hold the trilune powers. one is the full version, the other is remnant. the shades is using a different power system created by phanes, not the draconic one created by nibelung.
