Well its more of a difference when playing columbina in other Teams. The damage increase with flins is pretty moderate

Columbina's weapon is good for her own damage, but it does not provide any team buff, and Columbina's own damage contributes a relatively small part in Flins team. It is good if you have already have it, but for anyone who does not have her weapon, spending pulls on something else (Flins C2 > Columbina C2 > Ineffa R1C1 >> Columbina's weapon) will give a large damage increase.

Agree on everything except the part where you said Columbina's damage contributes only a small part. Milliastra DPS test dummies are showing that Columbina is contributing at least 20-30% of the team's damage, while Ineffa contributes 30% and Flins 40%.

it's mediocre, wouldn't say its trash but the dmg increase isn't as high as when you play her in other teams

It's just not that far more powerful than other options. Why would it be trash when you got both energy, HP and crit dmg as the same time?
DaSpood2026-01-18 12:23
It's not trash at all, it's just a "selfish" weapon. It only buffs Columbina herself, that's why people say it's not a priority. Prototype Amber also doesn't buff the rest of the team, but it's free and helps Columbina a lot too, and it provides a token amount of healing, so it's a very viable alternative.
That's really what it's about. It's not bad, it's just not a priority. Ineffa's weapon or Flins' weapon will both contribute more to the output of a Flins team, Lauma and Nefer's weapons will contribute more to a Nefer team. Columbina's weapon is for making Columbina a better sub-dps or main-dps, but she is never the most impactful sub-dps in the team, so it's a good cherry on top but not a must have.
To give you an idea, in a Flins team assuming everyone at C0R0, Flins does about 40% of the damage, Ineffa another 40%, and Columbina about 20%. That's why Ineffa's weapon or Flins weapon are better: Ineffa's weapon buffs everyone's LC damage, Flins' weapon buffs the main DPS.

So i have to put her weapon on side and use prototype amber right?
DaSpood2026-01-18 17:32
No not really, now that you have it you should use it. P.Amber is the best free option, but it's not better than her signature. It's just that her signature is not worth pulling for unless you really want it because P.Amber is really good already.
Suspicious_Trouble852026-01-18 17:33
I tried her signature weapon it's not healing as much as my r5 p amber, idk what's it's doing too
DaSpood2026-01-18 17:37
Signature does not heal at all. It buffs her damage by quite a lot though. That's mainly it. If you need the healing, P.Amber is the only choice really, though in a Flins team, Ineffa's shield should be enough protection.
