Who should I pull for?

Just recently got columbina and her signature! Looking into using her for my Flins team and for my Ningguang/Navia Lunar Crystallize team. I have enough pulls right now to get Ineffa but I also want Nicole & Varka in the future. Would it be better if I pull for Ineffa now and skip out on Varka? Looking to hopefully clear the abyss and all the other things I havent done since getting back to regularly playing the game (quests, bosses, abyss, stygen(?)) much thanks!

adding as well some characters I have leveled up and substantially built if it helps!
