Do I pivot to a lunar crystalize or do hyper bloom

I was trying to make a hyper bloom team but now I'm not sure. I was going to get nahida but I heard that lauma would be better but lauma might be better on lunar charged teams. It seems like the lunar teams are really strong and since columbina has her banner I was thinking maybe I could do a lunar crystalize team with her xilonen zibai and maybe furina? I don't know how well furina would work though but if I don't use her then the next best character would probably be one that I don't have and I don't know if I would have enough primo gems to get that character plus it's kinda a waste to only use one of my current characters. But also I do want to eventually use xilonen on a team and she wouldn't work on a hyper bloom team so maybe building a team for her right now might be fine?

(Also I plan for tartaglia bennett xiangling and hopefully a future kazuha to be on their own team so they won't be wasted)

I would go with Lunar Crystalize.

Hyper bloom without Lauma is relatively weak these days. Further it takes more investment to get hyper bloom to the same level as as Lunar Crystalize.

You can likely find a setup to use Xilonen in Lunar Crystalize. Xilonen doesn't have a place in most hyper bloom teams.

These days, you build Tartaglia for fun or because you love him. Unless he gets buffs, he doesn't have any relative value. Any account is going to have benched characters if you play long enough. Don't feel like you are wasting Tartaglia; you can't waste something that is worthless. Pulling characters and building a team for him is waste of resources unless the act of it has sentimental value to you.

For tartaglia I've already built him a while ago along with Bennett though I haven't finished xiangling, though raiden has energy recharge artifacts because i assumed that's what she needed for a hyper bloom team but apparently she needs elemental mastery so I might just give her artifacts to xiangling. I really want kazuha since I like his design a lot so even without having tartaglia I would have probably gotten kazuha anyway and built a team around him. Also I need another team for the abyss so that why I'm using him.

Would a team that has zibai, xilonen, columbina, and furina work? Or is it hard to know since zibai isn't released yet.

Zibai, Xilonen, Columbina and Furina seems like it will be good. Nothing is set in stone as the character hasn't released but I think it is very unlikely that team will struggle. I would recommend you go for it.

If you like Kazuha then getting him and finding a team for him makes sense. Short term you can use this setup if you get Kazuha soon. But I would suggest you consider a more modern team to work Kazuha into for the long term. It will take very heavy investment for a Tartaglia team to work well in current end game content.

LCR will do more damage because it scales with team crit which hyperbloom doesn't do.

For your roster, Zibai is probably your best bet, she is actually relatively f2p friendly if you can get Columbina, as the Zibai/Columbina/Xilonen/Furina team is actually pretty good, competitive with non-sweaty Mavuika melt without cancels.
