Regarding Traveler Outfit

How vital are the Fontaine & Natlan quests for my understanding of Nod-krai and what happens in that Archon quest?

I want to get the new outfit, but i'm unable to play often (still in Fontaine Chapter 5: Act 1), and want to know if what happens in Nod-krai will be lost on me since I haven't even stepped into Natlan's quest.

The outfit is permanent, just take your time.

Everywhere i've read is that the outfit itself is a limited time acquisition. Could you provide me a link or something? Because, If I take my time it will be months before I actually get to that point.

The outfit is free and permanently obtainable. The traveler literally acquires and wears it in the game. Idk where you got your information from.

There really isn't any proof, but I looked around more and found that the outfit is permanent, it's just additional rewards that are limited.

No where in the game does it suggest that the outfit is permanent, and that's why I was worried.

Maybe reading the news/watching the livestream helps

Don't have time to watch the livestream.

Misinterpreted what I read in the news and other sources.

You get the outfit as part of the story.

Yeah, I read around a bit more and it was me misinterpreting additional rewards that are forfeit after a certain point included the outfit.
