Hot take of the decade: Skipping all banners and waiting for "end of service" shill is best.

Planning to C89R46?

Skipping current meta and pulling new meta will be better during the banners of said new meta. Like the entirety of Genshin has been.

Grass is green for sure.

Or simply pull for waifu and never feel regret.

Why wait for "frostbite" shill? True meta heads know that the true meta to save for will be the Khaenri'ah units.

Ngl, waiting for 4 star Rhinedottir powercreep Dain tho

Nah. Way too male heavy. Yuck. Exactly 1 single female unit.
