To be fair, those Glaze Lily are specifically grown to be sold, and they only grow there (aside from the ones in Lyue Harbor which are ornamental plants)

The artifacts aren't actually that bad. Buying Mora in the teapot and using that to buy two star artifacts gives you more artifact xp than buying the xp vials.
