Why Yoimiya is still my main after 3 years

I started playing this game three and a half years ago and Yoimiya was my first 5-star. Her personality and game play are the reason I stayed with Genshin even after my GF and co-workers dropped it. *Bench her because there's a new shiny toy?* Hell no. *Vertically invest her supports?* Hell yes. The other DPS characters on my account just benefit from the supports I pulled for Yoimiya. Every time a new support drops my first thought is: "How to they work with Yoimiya?". I never had trouble clearing content with her except for elemental and mechanical checks. Genshin isn't a hard game for the patient, most people run into issues because they feel they need the newest everything right now. FOMO takes over.

I was once downvoted pretty heavily even while providing video for saying that my C6 Yoimiya [clears around the same time](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/1o7p1f6/how_do_old_c6es_hold_up_to_modern_c0/njp8ayt/) as C3 Chasca and C3 Arlecchino with the same supports. I'm glad the Test Dummy exists because people used to make extremely bad assumptions who's doing what damage on teams.

May I know what rotation you have for this team? I have C6R1 Yoimiya and C6R1 Furina, C2R1 Citlali and C2R1 Xilonen. Unsure if you have higher cons for Citlali and Xilonen, but I still want to try this team nonetheless. Yoimiya will also always be my main and I always try to get the new support units that comes out if it'll potentially increase her damage.

For the first rotation: Furina Skill->Burst->NAx6, Xilonen Skill->NAx2, Citlali Skill->Burst, Yoimiya->NA string->Burst. After than I repeat: Xilonen Skill->NAx2,Furina Skill->Burst->NAx6, Citlali Skill->Burst, Yoimiya->NA string->Burst. Slowing down Yoimiya normal attacks instead of mashing as fast as possible to allows the Frozen aura to catch up lets her melt more shots to increase her DPS. I can see the DPS drop if I attack too fast.

Citlali and Xilonen are both at C4 is around a 20-25% increase from if both are C2, so like 200-230K DPS depending on Melt RNG.

its sad how much undeserved hate yoimiya gets in the community. too many TCs/guidemakers do her a huge disservice with strange calcs, bad teams, or just complete dismissal. even for me, my c0r1 yoimiya is doing an equal portion of the damage in a team with c4r1 bina and c0r1 ineffa.

Arle's best team would have Bennett in place of Furina.

Your Chasca team is lacking a healer and will be stuck on half HP with no fanfare stack gain.

I respect you wanting to keep playing Yoi. Just saying the other teams could have done a lot better.
