You have a lot of options for the last slots in LB teams, you could use Aino to help with Columbina ER, or Nilou if you have her, or Ineffa/Kuki for Hyperblooms

So the first three are ok? I think i have aino at c3 and kuki at c6

Sucrose doesn't do much besides giving more EM. You'd want more hydro and dendro for their respective resonnances probably. And a healer if Lauma isn't C1, Kuki does the job and also enables hyperbloom. If you have Ineffa she also works well honestly, she gives a shield, some hyperblooms and some lunar charge damage. Aino would be an obvious pick if C6.
As for the rotation:
- Bina E + Q (or Q + E if C1)
- Lauma E (long press) + Q
- Bina charge attack spam
Add more characters in the rotation if needed lol. Ideally you'd want some dendro application already before Bina's turn so that by the time you reach Lauma she already has verdant dew to consume with her skill.
