The Ark of Genesis. The Origins of Dragons and Human.
As the Theoros, I have observed. This will be a romantic story like none that has come before.
I was right about Columbina's time travel before it was a main stream idea: [https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin\_Impact/comments/1pfv3g9/the\_moon\_who\_leap\_through\_time\_the\_wolf\_who/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/1pfv3g9/the_moon_who_leap_through_time_the_wolf_who/)
But anyways, I'm not here to brag or anything, I'm just doing what Nicole was doing by the end of the Archon quest, just letting you know.
So, after finishing the story, I've been carrying on the will of Sandrone and continued in the calculation of the world formula. I'm beginning to see the truth of events I will begin at the start of it all.
The Primordial One is the ship's A.I.
# Genesis:
https://preview.redd.it/np57s69va1eg1.png?width=1476&format=png&auto=webp&s=3edba72b1b7c68c108aa1b5f6e9767c695de22a3
***The spaceship flew over the skies of Teyvat once before.***
This event is actually one that I speculate is the one from the description of the Traveler's new outfit. I am talking about that star that undergone a supernova on their birthday and is dying.
https://preview.redd.it/6yg91aezc1eg1.png?width=777&format=png&auto=webp&s=be7e3a42e9a3ce39e05a12bde1d481f1523dca93
But what happened next is more interesting. Because I believe the spaceship actually began the process of terraforming this dying star.
https://preview.redd.it/22fshyjrd1eg1.png?width=751&format=png&auto=webp&s=d65be1d64561332799bed618257d8474fa7528c9
Because, the ship was searching for a habitable planet. Why wouldn't it also instead of just searching, it would also begin the process of "making?" After all, **"Reshaping terrain, adjusting the air, rebuilding an ecosystem, these were simple tasks for a pioneer vessel meant to bear the spark of civilization."**
Thus, it plants a seed of life. Something from the genetic vault or perhaps the cells of the twins.
https://preview.redd.it/2n13d89te1eg1.png?width=746&format=png&auto=webp&s=cd64bb5b68bf8e4cc0f9de84ca7923109ea07019
Something that is highly adaptable and can then evolve to be able to work the land, transforming hostile worlds into livable land. This concept isn't entirely foreign to us in real life either. We have developed a type of bacteria that can break down plastic into something that is non toxic.
https://preview.redd.it/b39r05psl2eg1.png?width=628&format=png&auto=webp&s=8bef27a6d72725f773e419d3aa3bd5c8c22c7999
So, I will dub this "something" as "adaptable cells" from now on.
And so, the adaptable cells evolved into the first elemental beings which eventually, became Dragons.
This ends the first era.
# The Abyss:
Through the process of transforming the world's radiation on the surface (Or Phlogiston.), the adaptable cells evolved and transform the energy into different elements. (Look, I know that they said that the Primordial One was the one who made elemental energy, but apparently that was just bad translation.)
https://preview.redd.it/ysdf6kryn2eg1.png?width=767&format=png&auto=webp&s=2304c75556b32eec35c07ee9eea593d970b6729a
But, there was something that was left. "The radiation trapped in the planet's crust," the last bit of it trapped so deeply in the earth, beyond the domain of Geo.
If the adaptable cells evolved into dragons, slimes and other elemental beings in the Human and Light realm. When the adaptable cells finally made it deep into the planet, the adaptable cells will then evolve into the first Abyssal creatures from contact with that bit of radiation left. Additionally, under the harsh and extreme conditions, the newly evolved species are much more hostile. This is reflected by how deep sea fishes are all pretty much insane creature in real life, they've evolved under the harshest of living conditions.
Abyssal creatures were the last to evolve and that is why they are much more "adaptable" on the surface, becoming regional disasters. Because they kept their "adaptable" nature from when they were just the adaptable cells.
Finally, I don't believe that Nibelung was the one who brought the Abyss to Teyvat.
https://preview.redd.it/4ogwc655v2eg1.png?width=1289&format=png&auto=webp&s=824db5e383dc10f92cb61554ffa505b51a3aedfa
https://preview.redd.it/bxt0jtmqu2eg1.png?width=1501&format=png&auto=webp&s=1fa052cd24d5848924c51bd4576fa48575787024
The Primordial One had been throwing celestial nails down on civilizations that "seek power," (Reads: Abyssal) BEFORE Nibelung had returned with his own Abyssal power.
# War of Domination:
As time went by, the ship eventually flew back, passing Teyvat again but this time entering it. I believe that the corrupted data is actually the records that the ship DID indeed returned to Teyvat.
https://preview.redd.it/p302i567o4eg1.png?width=932&format=png&auto=webp&s=52f176c86884f79c78c7bf64a75356f856d91d74
Remember that this achievement mentions
https://preview.redd.it/jz5mewplo4eg1.png?width=268&format=png&auto=webp&s=e5b2bcb9b07c1297ab9b3b9a83b67bf36ccd224a
that they were in "a lengthy orbital period."
But continuing on my deduction:
The ship then did a scan of its environment, detecting that the world had become better since the time of its first arrival. But ultimately, things had just became from 1 extremely hostile environment to 6 different hostile environment. The seed of life that it had planted all those millenniums ago had became stagnant.
https://preview.redd.it/a4x60goxn1eg1.png?width=758&format=png&auto=webp&s=36e36d614bb106bbaa94142be75e82e8bbeb9d89
It was then that the ship decided: *Eh, good enough*. It genetically created a body for itself and 4 other super beings to defeat the current hierarchy. Then, it spawned humans from the genetic vault to declare the arrival of the new species. It finally created Angels to guard and guide those humans.
# Gnostic Chorus:
***"Venti:*** *Once, there was a glorious kingdom established among the heavens.*
***Venti:*** *From that kingdom came a crowned heir, tasked with seeking out the* ***Genesis Pearl*** *from the Kingdom of Darkness.*
***Venti:*** *The first crowned heir began her journey of seeking the pearl.*
***Venti:*** *But she was deceived, and the memory of her noble origins faded.*
***Venti:*** *She now believed that she was the queen of the Kingdom of Darkness.*
***Venti:*** *But take heart, a second crowned heir had already taken up the path where the first had stumbled.*
***Venti:*** *This is the story of your journey, of your tale to be told."*
What is a kingdom? A land or it's people? I say, it's their people! And operating on this premise, what is a ship that carries the lives of untold numbers of unborn life? A kingdom.
I'll just be straight up with you all. The **Genesis Pearl** is the **genetic vault**. Nibelung attacked Phanes and I guess Phanes had butter fingers because the vault fell into Khaenri'ah/the Abyss. Lumine woke up first and tried to find it but was tricked by the Abyss because it used the vault's data and planted Inteyvat flowers. Thus making her think that her homeland is Khaenri'ah/the Abyss.
This would also explain how Khaenri'ah became such a powerhouse for bio alchemy, they had the blueprints for all of existence in their possession.
# Skirk:
Her and her people were from one of the planets that the ship had planted a seed of life with the "adaptable cell."
https://preview.redd.it/lxzh6hq7x2eg1.png?width=1406&format=png&auto=webp&s=26e082d460b91ab19eaf2682ce0cda085daa5afe
It just so happens that the cells didn't evolve into any elemental lifeforms or dragons on her planet (Not that we know of at least.) the cells reached humanoid evolution much quicker. Or maybe the dragons in her world quickly evolved past that stage and became humanoid, evidenced by the wing/dorsal fin on Skirk's back.
https://preview.redd.it/bl4rfdmjy2eg1.png?width=160&format=png&auto=webp&s=635cc646f6d698f61c25dc4bd6d32f01e5b82ed2
# Alice and the Hexenzirkal:
I've been wondering, why are the Witches so cooperative in maintaining Teyvat's borders. But with my established premise and formula, this is the answer that I've came to.
Teyvat is an incubator. All for the humans and lives born from the genetic vault. Thus the genetic vault is a vault of unborn children.
https://preview.redd.it/5h7qzmpl03eg1.png?width=1348&format=png&auto=webp&s=fbf1b7689532b860880e381bad5e056c28e1bb53
Although that vault is probably lost at the current moment, the lives that were already birthed from it are constantly procreating and thus the Witches would protect this world.
# Before Sun and Moon, The Primordial One:
*"When the Doves Held Branches"*
*When the eternal* [*throne of the heavens*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Descender) *came, the world was made anew. Then the* ***true lord****, the* [*Primordial One*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Primordial_One)*, came forth and did battle against the* [*seven terrifying sovereigns*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Seven_Sovereigns)*, dragon-lords of the old world. The Primordial One created* [*shining shades*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Four_Shades) *of itself, and the number of these shades was four."*
The reason why Before Sun and Moon describes the Primordial One is the True Lord is the reason I've stated above. They were the one who terraformed this planet via their spreading of the seed of life and the adaptable cells. It's also why they're the First Descender.
*"On Phanes, or The Primordial One"*
*The Primordial One may have been Phanes. It had wings and a crown, and was birthed from an egg, androgynous in nature. But for the world to be created, the egg's shell had to be broken. However, Phanes, the Primordial One, used the* [*eggshell*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/False_Sky) *to separate the "*[*universe*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Sea_of_Stars)*" and the "*[*microcosm of the world*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Teyvat)*."*
The space ship's hatch... Looks like an egg, no?
https://preview.redd.it/rax5xhnk33eg1.png?width=721&format=png&auto=webp&s=b5717ee191b17abf03d29e160c27cdf33c705f2f
The ship's A.I. created a body of their own and stepped out of the ship. And the "eggshell" was then used to separate the universe and Teyvat.
https://preview.redd.it/739d8arw43eg1.png?width=1452&format=png&auto=webp&s=d7a10e07df36c26f955324b8efe7dd4a95fa1a19
Are you beginning to see? The eggshell is the spaceship, placed OUTSIDE of Teyvat and is most likely the thing that is creating the Firmament. I will remind all again that the space ship is implied to have orbited Teyvat for a long time.
*"Forty Years After the Held Branches"*
*Forty winters entombed the flames, and forty summers churned the seas. The Seven Sovereigns were vanquished, and the* [*seven nations*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Teyvat) *submitted to the heavens. The Primordial One, the great sovereign, began the creation of heaven and earth for "our" sake — that of its creations which it cherished most, who would soon appear upon this earth.*
*...*
*"Four Hundred Years After the Held Branches"*
*The mountains and rivers were made, and the* [*seas and oceans*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Dark_Sea) *accepted those who rebelled and those who would not kneel. The Primordial One and* [*one of its shades*](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Naberius) *created the birds of the air, the beasts of the earth, and the fish of the sea. Together, they also created flowers, grass, and trees, before finally creating humans — our ancestors, numerous as the stars in the sky, uncountable as the sand on the shore. From that time, our ancestors made a covenant with the Primordial One, and so entered into a new age.*
*"The Year of the* ***Ark's Opening****"*
*The Primordial One had a sacred plan for humans.* ***As long as they were happy, it too rejoiced.***
*"The Year After the* ***Ark's Opening****"*
*The people worked the land, and so came the first harvest. The people mined, and so reaped the first crop of precious ore. The people gathered, and the first poems were written.*
*"The Year of Jubilee"*
*If there was hunger, the heavens would bring down food and rain. If there was poverty, the earth would bring forth its riches. If melancholy were to spread, the heavens would reply with their voices. The one taboo was to succumb to temptation. But the path to temptation had already been sealed.*
C'mon, do you not see it yet? Ark's Opening is literally when the genetic vault started spawning humans.
# Lithosphere, Atmosphere, or Biosphere:
I'm going to jump back to the Traveler's costume for a second to point out this line again.
"The fine details of the lithosphere, atmosphere, or biosphere ultimately mattered little.
Reshaping terrain, adjusting the air, rebuilding an ecosystem, these were simple tasks for a [pioneer vessel](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Aether_%26_Lumine%27s_Spaceship) meant to bear the spark of civilization."
Atmosphere refers to the sky- Light Realm or Celestia I guess.
Biosphere is the surface- Human Realm.
Lithosphere is the ground under the surface- Void Realm.
# The name, Genshin 原神:
Original God. Since I've established the idea that this ship was the one who created the dragon and perhaps even countless other worlds. This name now makes sense. Phanes or the ship's A.I. was no usurper because life only EXISTS because of it.
It also makes sense why Phanes is the FIRST Descender and not second.
Also, this is a bit of meta commentary. It feels like that this story beat may or may not be referring to a certain place in our world. You know, the one that sparked HSR's Benzaitengoku to may or may not be renamed to Planarcadia. If you know what I'm talking about, then you know. I don't wanna say anymore about this.
# Ending thoughts:
Thus ends my extrapolation here, leave a comment and remember these words if you find this interesting. I know this theory does have some flaws if you look at it in some angles, specifically, I'm not sure what the abyss sibling is suppose to be here. Although, I have had the thought that there is actually TWO ships but it is piloted by the same A.I. This would solve the question of how our sibling got out of the spaceship when the doors never opened.
https://preview.redd.it/60kj7961t4eg1.png?width=1714&format=png&auto=webp&s=9347aa3316be514f12dbcdefbb426f4c64d90000
But it still wouldn't make sense on how we... ended outside the ship.
https://preview.redd.it/n6qgj0c4t4eg1.png?width=890&format=png&auto=webp&s=b39d036669f69131021dc008a4cdd0e832da2205
I don't get it, where in that cinematic did we see Aether outside the ship? I need a CG of that exact moment because I don't get what this man is saying.
But anyways, the other idea I have is when Scaramouche said that the sibling's arrival was actually because they responded to the summoning:
https://preview.redd.it/m5tgscj6r4eg1.png?width=733&format=png&auto=webp&s=65a30de80ca6bf7afb3fa4a04845336c1bb5d01f
I have a funny idea that Nibelung knocked away more than the genetic vault from Phanes. He also knocked away Phanes' car keys that summons the spaceships. So King Irmin found Phane's keys and pressed it to call the spaceships down.
Okay, ending it here. Hope you all had fun with the theory and this patch.

But it still wouldn't make sense on how we... ended outside the ship.

I don't get it, where in that cinematic did we see Aether outside the ship? I need a CG of that exact moment because I don't get what this man is saying.
But anyways, the other idea I have is when Scaramouche said that the sibling's arrival was actually because they responded to the summoning:

I have a funny idea that Nibelung knocked away more than the genetic vault from Phanes. He also knocked away Phanes' car keys that summons the spaceships. So King Irmin found Phane's keys and pressed it to call the spaceships down.
Okay, ending it here. Hope you all had fun with the theory and this patch.

I had originally thought the dead planet the ship mentions was simply a dead planet it happened to pass as an example... but narratively it does make more sense for it to be somewhere that matters, and Genshin is a story with only one relevant planet, so if it is somewhere important it would have to be Teyvat. Especially given the inclusion if its supernova being the same year the twins were born; narratively that has to serve a purpose.
I wonder though, if the HP is the ship's AI, I wonder why it's so intent on not letting the twins leave.
IMO HP's history seems very convoluted if the goal was just to have a place for the twins to live
One funny thing. In horizon zero dawn ( game where aloy is main character) "zero dawn" is the codename of an ai system designed to terraform earth after the machine apocalypse. The structure of this system is the main core (like PO) that commands different subfunctions (like Shades) responsible for each part of terraforming process. Phanes + Shades system works (or worked) exactly like that. However due to the attack from people that left earth before the apocalypse and terraforming (Nibelung), the main core becomes inoperable (war of funerary flame) and all subfunctions now are like children in the fog. Some of them just hide doing nothing and some are trying to do their tasks but the whole system slowly falls apart. Also the whole system can reset terraforming process if something goes wrong (maintain control and intervene if necessary). Aloy's main task is to reactivate the main function and she can then control it because she is a clone of the main inventor of the whole terraforming system. I wonder if Traveller is Genshin's Aloy and in the and our task will be to "fix" Phanes after war with Nibelung if he really is their AI and can also explain why Shades act like that. As we know Hoyo never does anything without a purpose so it would be quite funny if Genshin had a similar story to Horizon. Sorry if this is chaotic but it is 3 AM and I am recalling facts from the game I played 3 years ago.
My perspectives have changed so much on the whole story in the past week alone
