Is Boreas just a really old Radiant Beast?

The wolves in Nod Krai produce a radiant beast wolf when killed or is he just an absentee father. Abandoned some pups when he went on vacation and hung out with that Fae till she croaked in that sky castle thing?

It's a question of where Boreas really got his powers. Did he get it from kuuhvaki? Then yes he's a radiant beast. Did he get it from the first seelie? Then no.

He is a god, he was in position of anemo archon but refused. Same goes for all gods, where they got their powers from

I'm talking about his origins. He was a wolf who stayed beside the first seelie in Nod Krai. Both could be a source of power for him.

Venti is a god and also a wind sprite, Nahida is a god and also a cutting of irminsul. Just because one is a god in Teyvat doesn't mean they discard their original identity completely.

Yes but it doesnt matter about his origins of power, probably its first angel bcs of the book, we knew he had some big relationship with her

It still matters from a lore standpoint even if it doesn't matter from a plot standpoint. The first seelie is the most likely answer, but the question still can be asked even if there is no answer to it.

Is it possible Andrius already had some intelligence because of Nod-Krai's kuuhvaki, and that's why he was friendly with Koitar?

Boreas is following the footsteps of Jean and Barbara's father but in reverse
