How do i make a working team with those characters?
Its the only units my bf has and we dont have any idea who works good with who 😭

I would probably go with Lyney, Bennett, Xiangling, and a flex slot. Noelle for a comfort shield or Kachina with Scroll for more buffing are some options.
Venti once you complete witch's homework can be great with Faruzan and Bennett. But you'll need another hexerei character. I think Fischl is in the glitter shop right now, IMO a very worthy pickup. She would also enable Tighnari quicken. Tignari, Fischl, Lisa/Beidou, Yaoyao/Kuki.

Cant he get Razor, Fischl or the anemo woman from the witches quest or was it only for 6.2?

I had forgotten about that tbh, but yes, that should be a permanent reward. For a Venti comp in particular, I would go with Fischl. Razor is also an on fielder and would be competing for on field time. But you could do worse than Sucrose, she's also a great flexible unit.

A mono Pyro with Lyney could work. No shielder is a little rough on this team unless Yanfei is c4.

There are probably more but this is what I can make off the top of my head.
