Can a difference of 40 cd on nefer make the damage difference of 13k?

Me and my bro have exact teams for nefer which is nefer lauma nahida and colombina. The only difference between us is thathis crit dmg is 40 more than mine in nefer and his nefer does 110k 110k 130k and mine does 104k 104k 118k. Is 40 crit dmg bring that big of a difference? And we both have same cons on support including same weapon and artifact set.

40% is a lot, but 40% on top of what ? 100% ? 200% ? 300% ?

That's simple math. Divide your damage by your current CDMG, multiply by the CDMG+40, you get the result. Is the difference 13k ? You have your answer.

118k / 3.04 × 3.4 = 132k so yeah pretty much spot on.

40 cdmg is massive. That's a whole extra high rolled artifact's worth of subs. It for sure checks out.

You can test it yourself. The DPS test dummy in Milliastra Wonderland allows you to boost your character stats up or down so you can test scenarios with more crit, atk, def, etc.

Colombina boosts damage based on HP also so think about that.
