At some point, I want to see Timaeus and Ying'er get married
It'd be a great moment in our journey if the Traveler got to attend someone else's wedding, and Timaeus and Ying'er seem like the perfect candidates since they're in a serious relationship. Yes, there's Kamaji and Chisato, but Ayato's whole SQ was about canceling their wedding plans because of Inazuma politics.
Here's how I'd have things flow as a rough draft:
\----
During this year's Lantern Rite (in a few weeks), Timaeus works up the courage to propose to Ying'er, kneeling before her and giving her a ring in front of a crowd, who cheer when Ying'er accepts. Of course, the two will need time to make wedding preparations, so the actual wedding would take place in several months.
Months later, the Traveler will receive an invitation to the wedding. Due to how the two are from separate nations, the wedding will be a two-stage affair. The first half will take place in Mondstadt, while the second will take place in Liyue Harbor. The Traveler is commissioned to help ensure things go smoothly, with tasks such as clearing the roads of monsters.
During this time, however, Timaeus realizes that by going to live with Ying'er, he'd have to stop being Albedo's apprentice. Albedo decides to put him through an alchemy test, which Timaeus passes. Albedo declares Timaeus to be an official alchemist and gives his blessing for Timaeus to go make a name for himself in Liyue.
After the first half of the wedding, Timaeus and Ying'er are transiting from Mondstadt to Liyue when they are ambushed by bandits, who heard about the big event and intend to rob them. Timaeus stands up to their leader in a show of courage, but he's no match for the brigand, who knocks him down (though Timaeus avoids serious injury). The Traveler and friends arrive and defeat the brigands; the bandit leader refuses to surrender and is cut down.
The wedding continues its second half in Liyue Harbor, with Yun Jin putting on a performance while Xiangling provides the cuisine. The two then plan on a honeymoon in Fontaine, where they end up seeing Furina making another film.

I'm sure Hoyo would flesh it out more, but I think this would be a good start.
