In this particular case, no, it would not be allowed. Tournament rule 7a subsection c specifically bans any Marvel derived device or power.

The entire point of the Tournament is to select the warriors that would go on the advance team in the war against the Abyss. Why would it not be allowed? Because it's an unfair advantage? This is war we're taking about, son, unfair advantages are precisely what we want, and the suit would need to be tested anyway.

Anybody can make whatever they use, a part of their elemental power. Turbo Twirly is Kachina's geo construct. Mavuika's bike, despite being built by Xilonen, made it a part of her power. Same thing with Chasca's flying gun.
