Tbf they were added in 1.1, so if you’re a launch player it’s possible you’d already passed through where the viewpoints would have been.
Also they don’t really give any rewards, so the incentive for getting them isn’t there. I’m definitely still missing some.

And it's weird that hoyo gives achievements for everything but not collecting them.

Yeah you’d think there’d be an achievement for it at the very least. I’ve never bothered collecting them because they do literally nothing other than be pretty and show in the archive.

Yes and no, we had alot of free time in 1.x era bcs most of us finished exploring by 1.4, but yea i had to go back and get them
