I just got her and I know absolutely nothing about her would she work for this team comp or no? The other person I plan on using is venti

Columbina's entire kit is built around Lunar reactions (hydro + electro/geo/dendro). She is already not great when not paired with other Nod Krai characters, she is even worse when used in a team without the elements necessary to trigger lunar reactions.
In this team she is just a hydro applicator, and a bad one at that, because her area of effect is very small when she is the only Nod Krai character. Think hydro Kuki Shinobu. "Can" is not the right word to use. You "can" use her in this team. She doesn't do litteraly nothing, so it's not a complete waste. But you're not using any of her kit, so it's as close to a complete waste as you can get. Venti would be a better character in this team, by a lot, because he can at least use the anemo artefact set and debuff enemy resistance to pyro for Mavuika to hit harder.

With Aino and Dendro MC + another dendro character you can find a use for her as a main-dps, though it won't be ideal.
Other than that, if you have Fischl, Aino and Sucrose you can combine them for a pretty good Lunar Charge / Hexerei team.

No, she does literally nothing there, venti isn't that good either. Ideally you'd use xilonen, escoffier or iansan there but assuming you don't have them kachina is the best alternative.

You can, but she doesn't do so much. She can also nerf that team because you cannot freeze Boss, so you lose aura freeze = not Melt/Vape dmg.
Is better play her with a team where there are at least 1 element among dendro, Geo and Electro.

If you're just playing the story and other quests, you can do pretty any team and be okay. But if you're doing harder content or even just do a bunch of domains at once, I'd suggest something else.
As other's have said, she works best with electro/geo/dendro. You mentioned you have Venti, so there might be a team with him, Columbina, and another Hexerei character like Fischl if you have her. It wouldn't be a top tier team by any means, but it's more than enough to help you do quests and the like.

3. Arlechino
4. Nefer
Why? Because i can. I kill everything too. If one DPS wont cut it, then I'll try 4. I dont care. I run who i like
