Raiden build help

Play your own account, that would be a good place to start

since the account is probably low level, focus on getting the account to ar 45. the artifacts you have at that time don’t matter too much just get a 4p emblem set with a good amount of energy recharge, attack, and crit. after you get to ar 45 now you can fully build raiden. use a 4p emblem set and you want a minimum of 220-250% er, a minimum of 1600 attack, and a 50-60% crit rate 120+ crit dmg ratio. (a 60:150 ratio is ideal, but if not focus more on crit rate). i personally use a electro dmg% goblet since my sub stats are pretty good and i have the minimum atk, but if you aren’t able to reach the minimum attack use a atk% goblet. i also use a atk% sands instead of an er%, but use a er% sands if you don’t meet the minimum too. i recommend using the catch r5 as the weapon. people recommend 250% er but i get by fine with 240% ( you might be able to get by with 230%? but ofc 240%+ is ideal) raiden is pretty hard to balance out her stats.
