What determines the number of these you have in millastra?

I'd assume it would all add up, (so 100 for the shirt, 100 for the pants, ect) but every time I join a match, it always says I have 60 of them? It doesn't really matter- I'm just confused on why the number isn't adding up despite having high number items 😭
