Best 👏 Archon 👏 Quest 👏 Ever! But……..Why😭

This archon quest was insanely good, everyone at Hoyo should be extremely proud of what they achieved. I felt every emotion.

That being said, I’m heartbroken over the death of Sandrone……Since first meeting her she has easily been my favorite character. Rest easy Sandrone.

I'm sure she'll return eventually.. She got her core sent to Fontaine, so I'm sure someone will patch it up. 🙂

Especially with how Sandrone is known to be the type who has a backup plan and how they put emphasis on the speculative hope in the Traveler’s conversation with Arlecchino

RWBY watchers already played this game 10 years ago.

Least Hoyo wouldn’t be dumb enough to bring her back only to pointlessly kill her 10 seconds later for cheap drama

TunaTunaLeeks2026-01-18 21:54

They can’t repair both Sandrone and Pulonia so they put her mind in his body.

Amarilis072026-01-18 20:43

She has a playable ID, there are leaks about her playability in 6.7, so she will definitely come back.

Yes it’s the robot who dies so she can have her bolts retightened and put back to service. It was great, not a soul believes she won’t come back.

Primarina used moonblast. It was hyper effective.

Dottore fainted.

RIP signora capitano and sandrone

If you go about the character teaser they droped in the Luna IV stream the most likely for the sixth mysterious character is Sandrone so she will likely return before Snez...

ShiftAdventurous46802026-01-18 21:15

Sandrone 100% knew what was going to happen. She went in swinging with hands. Pretty sure she has a contingency.

That’s hinted at the end of the journal Arlequino sent to the flagship after the quest.

OneRelief7632026-01-18 21:51

Shes a Clanker, she can probably be repaired

TunaTunaLeeks2026-01-18 21:55

Couple of good hard whacks and she’ll be good as new.

I seriously cannot understand how anyone can get emotionally invested in scenes like that. Her death is literally worthless. She will be brought back anyway, so what's the point? When she died all I did was laugh, because I know Hoyo don't have balls to actually kill her and she will be brought back within few patches. I guess Capitano is the only exception to that rule, but on the other hand, even his "death" doesn't feel permanent and I'm 90% sure that Hoyo will bullshit him back somehow one day.
