I don't think either of them could kill each other. 3 moons can't break HP curse, so Rerir would still be immortal.

The curse is Ronova’s and I dont see why he couldnt if he controls time and space. Who’s to say he cant control life, death, and reason too?

I mean dottore was easily the bigger threat. Until Columbina acquired the trilinar authority mf was toying with us. He was invincible and could change the rules of physics and that shit .
But 100% rerir? Idk.

Dottore was strong but we've never seen Rerir at the peak of his power so if I have to take a guess then 100% Rerir would rip dottore to shreds.
But if we take it as you stated then I'd think Dottore would win

Trilunar Dottore is the strongest being we've seen in the entire game.
At a level that it's not even close.
Every playable character in the game, minus Trilunar Columbina, could have ganged up on him and still lost.
There's a reason he's so calm the whole time. It was physically impossible to be a threat to him without a power that no rational being would expect us to be able to obtain.
He wouldn't even break a sweat fighting Rerir.

The doctor was the one who had been collecting rerir's pieces over a long period of time and made possible for him to gain a body. Power levels aside he would neutralize rerir like its tuesday. Even back then when he turned scara into a mecha god he had backup plans to put him down.

Nuclear Bomb vs Coughing Baby scenario.
Dottore with the faux Trilunar Authority is *leagues* above Rerir. He would have toyed with him before banishing him to the void.
Here's the scenario:
The Doctor teleports quickly, flys up high, and is essentially out of range of a close up attack. He appears behind Rerir, about 20m away. Too far to swing at him, but close enough for a quick ranged attack.
Rerir throws his scythe at Dottore. As he does, he realizes it's not Dottore behind him, but instead, Dottore has summoned Tholindis from the past.
Rerir's scythe cuts through her, and she drops to the ground, looking directly into Rerir's eyes.
Rerir drops to his knees, before Lunar Gate pulls him and Tholindis's body into the void.
As the gate closes, Dottore says "My oh my. Seems like I've uncovered a little lover's quarrel. Off you go for a timeout to consider what you've done and what it means to challenge me."

More interesting fight would be if Rerir was at his full power as a Sinner. But then he'd likely win.
