What's the average DPS of your teams?

With the new test dummy in Miliastra released, I'm seeing people post screenshots of their best numbers everywhere and personally, most of my teams seem to fall under the 60k-ish DPS ratio.

Flins premium, Mualani vape and a random hex + Bineffa team are the only ones breaking 100k with Gaming melt, Kinich burning and FFXX being somewhat close.

There might be some other teams I can make to abuse broken wheelchairs, but when I'm team building, I try to have every build unit on my account included in at least one team so it doesn't feel like a waste of resources. The only one I haven't been able to fit in so far is Thoma. I used to run him with Kinich but now I have better options.

Secondly, I also like running 'theme teams' of characters who I think would vibe or have something similar.

E.g. The 'chuunibyou' squad of Mona, Durin, Ororon & Fischl. They would definitely nerd out together. Or a wacky on-field Columbina team with Furina called 'Opera House' since both of them are associated with either singing or performing.

Most of the teams performed kind of as I expected. I guess the one I'm most disappointed in would be my Alhaitham quickbloom team. My Alhaitham has a pretty solid build with PJC (81/183 crit split with 300 EM) but he is really struggling to keep up. > < With Xingqiu instead of Furina, he barely even breaks 50k...

I was expecting Gaming to be a bit higher too, but I feel like this calculator works better for teams which deal smaller DMG numbers more frequently compared to 'nuke' type of characters. For Mualani I had to use a different test dummy than for the others because Mona's omen was not working properly when I tested, so it kept ruining my vapes.

It wasn't buffed, but it also doesn't do 46K DPS with those weapons. You are extending rotation time while that team specifically relies on short rotations.

You can but the lack of shielding (and therefore interruption resistance) will make your practical dps much less than theoretical

baizhu is the best option here btw, I assumed you didn't have him

I assume because it's quite difficult to Swirl Electro for VV through Nahida's Dendro app. Having less Dendro makes it easier, and Kirara offers defense too. But if you CAN get a setup to Swirl Electro, ofc Nahida's damage and buffs are better.

Doing that setup specifically takes more time and results in DPS loss. Nahida's buff only affects Keqing while Sucrose provides EM to everyone. That team should be doing 65K+, it is very likely that OP is either failing the VV setup or extending the rotation.

You are extending rotation time by making VV swirling more complicated, and Kazuha has higher field time.

Ignore the downvotes, 99% of this sub doesn't know how aggravate works and probably thinks 46K dps is reasonable with those weapons.

First team i used was raiden chev. Built well enough to clear her echo challenge, quite a bit better than the national build i used to clear abyss with. All supports c6.

If you’re struggling to fit Thoma into a team, he’s actually surprisingly fun in a Burgeon setup if you ever decide to pivot from OG Hyperbloom. He might not hit 100k, but the chaos is worth it!

Thoma's shield is basically an accessory to mitigate the self damage thanks to his burst refreshes, you're not supposed to invest into it. Thoma needs to be full EM and ER, and other stats come last.

The two teams I tested were premium Skirk at 60k and Mizuki with Bineffa wheelchair at 20k (I've been playing less than a year and I usually only build characters up to "useable" before moving onto the next one). It surprised me a bit how low that was since a 36\*-ed this cycle's Abyss, but I guess that's the power of having the Abyss buffs being tailored towards those teams.

So yeah, really low, but qualitatively, it clears content, which is good enough for me.

I only tested 2 teams so far

Flins C1 SoSS, Columbina C0 Lost Prayers, Ineffa C0 SoSS, Sucrose C6 TTDS

Skirk C0 Haran, Escoffier C0 PJWS, Citlali C0 TTDS, Xingqiu C6 Sac Sword

and while Flins did about the amount I expected (130-132k), I was surprised that Skirk was only 98k. She _feels_ stronger than Flins when I use her in content, but I also only did 2 short rotations with her during which Escoffier was on White Tassel instead of PJWS, so I most definitely need to test that team more.

I would also love to test more teams, but 1) I don't want to be showed explicitly how bad I actually am at the game, 2) having to leave and re-enter the stage to switch teams or worse leaving MW all together if one of the characters is missing a weapon or artifact is annoying and I don't want to deal with it tbh.

My Flins did better than I expected but everyone else is kind of crappy on my account lol. But they also clear content (Stygian Fearless, 36\* abyss + Lunar Mode IT) so I guess it doesn't really matter. I know Dire is out of my reach because I don't vertically invest enough nor do I have the right units for it.

That is why the training dummies are so fun. They track the numbers for you so you just do your thing and then press a button to stop the session after two minutes or so and it gives you your team DPS. For single target specifically unless you pick one that lets you test AOE scenarios.

Well my characters are not maxed out with crowns, perfect artifacts etc, but it seems I'm hitting an hard wall, of maybe knowledge, build, skill issue... 100k+ seems impossible.

Between 100k and 260k depending on the team. They can all be optimised, but I don’t want to switch artifact sets, and I’m not going to put the effort to learn complicated rotations and combos knowing that I’ll forget them anyway. My strongest DPS is Chasca C2 R1, followed by Skirk C1.

C0 Skirk- 135k, missing an entire N5 string compared to "theoretical" combos. Ayaka and Ganyu both 105k. Ayaka C0, Ganyu C1R1.

C0 Carry Columbina - 107k, still room to grow.

Lunar Keqing - 95k, all lunar wheelchair teams that I tried were 87-97k. Bina talents 8 and Ineffa still on gilded.

The real shocker, C0 Varesa - 65k. I guess she needs Mav or durin to not be a brick.

KQM sheets has made people severely overestimate characters' damage. The average KMQ-like build will be AT LEAST top 10%, if not 5% on Akasha rankings. It's not that your characters are weaker than average, it's that what we think the average is is actually very skewed. Please don't be upset if your Nefer only does 90k or if the Mavuika you've spent hours learning the combos for barely reaches 100k, it's normal.

That is more to do with player skill than anything artifact related. My c1r1 hutao c2r1 yelan with c0r1 on ineffa and bina reach 130k. My c1r1 Mav with c2 citlali c6 iansan benny reach 280k doing the basic 5 melt. My Mav is only top 7% lol. If you can barely reach 100k on melt Mav it is 100% skill issue.

That surprised me, my Nefer top 2% did barely 100k with Lauma and Aino C1 and Nahida. Only after I replaced Aino with Bina the team reached 120k.

It just depends on your degree of investment into artifacts. If you put whatever you have on hand onto a support yeah fine. But most well invested dps will have far better stats than kqm standards. So for dummies like me who spend months to a year in an artifact domain kqm standard is low.

I would attribute the lower dps from improper rotations and then some timing issues. Like no one does 18 second rotations in exactly 18 seconds. Its probably 19 or 20 and add some human error in and you are already 20% below sheet dps.

Ayaka is at 102k (Skirk has Ayaka's sword in both runs, my Skirk build is still kinda bad but Ayaka does show her age) (C0R0)
Furina (for the shits and giggles since she is c6 but I can't do plunge due to no Xianyun, her supports are the same as Mualani's otherwise) is 87k
Arle is by far the lowest at 26k (C0R0, weapon is SoSS), probably due to in part major skill issue and in part her team is a bit scuffed
Skirk and Ayaka's teams are both there premium teams, Hu Tao probably would be considered premium thanks to Furina and Xilo

My Wanderer's best team so far is up to 165k 😁 (Wanderer/Durin/Faruzan/Bennett)

My best Neuvillette team is at 210k (Neuvi/Furina/Durin/Xilonen)

My Flins is reaching 150k now that I have Columbina, but she is only level 80 with level 8 talents, so some room to improve

I am slowly getting through the rest, my Itto team was around 70-80k, Wriothesley Freeze with Furina/Esco/Layla reached 100k.

I am avoiding testing Mavuika main DPS teams because I don't want her to make everyone else look weak right off the bat...
