I was SUPER lucky, i had primos left so i decided to go for R1 Ineffa Weapon and won the 50:50

So overall, with all the events, exploration, BP and Welkin, took me about 5 month of stockpiling.

If you didn't pull for Flins, i can highly suggest going for Bina and Ineffa and wait for rerun, totally worth it.
