team building & quest help !
here's all my characters, i use wanderer and mona mainly. i'm unsure if i have any good shields and healers, i mainly only have 4 stars.
nod krai quests are a bit difficult too, i'm stuck on the boss fight for the scourge of endless decay. i tried asking the official discord to people ignoring me or telling me my team sucks and no other info. please help !

A good team would be Wanderer (Main dps), Faruzan, Layla and Xiangling. Mika can work instead of Layla but since you want shields she’s a very good option.
It’s unfortunate that you don’t have Bennet but you have good 4 stars. Xiangling, Sucrose, Kuki or Fischl for example are great and are worth leveling.
You need to grind more and get their levels up at the very least. Focus on the meta 4-stars you own like fischl, Xingxiu, and xiangling
Beyond that most of your 5-stars are DPS characters that have been grossly powercrept by newer characters
