Ineffa, Columbina, Sethos, and either Ifa or Lynette could be fun.
Ineffa and Columbina together deal plenty of damage. An off-field Anemo unit can use Viridescent Venerer to reduce enemy RES (elemental damage resistance). You can pick either Ifa or Lynette, whoever you like better.
Sethos is an on-fielder. So, after using everyone else’s skills, you can switch to him.
Sethos’s materials are kind of annoying to farm, though. Honestly, with Columbina and Ineffa, you could use Fischl on-field for now, and you’d be just fine.

Good plan. Fischl is just an all-around excellent unit, so you can build her now and continue using her even as you get more characters. (Her normal role is off-field DPS, but you can use her on-field.)
