Which one is better, Ineffa or Columbina Cons?

I’m planning on getting c1 of either Columbina or Ineffa! I’m not sure which one would be more beneficial! I have both them and their weapons.

My current team right now is Flins, Ineffa, Columbina, and Sucrose. I also use Mualani, Xilonen, Furina, Kazuha, and other 5 stars frequently.

If anyone can tell me who would be a better c1 please lmk! also explain why please :) the constellation descriptions make no sense to me and they are so long, i get so confused.

i’m personally leaning more towards Ineffa

Ineffa. The 50% Lunar Charge bonus from her C1 benefits her, Flins and Columbina. Columbina's C1 is a little extra damage and extra energy for the on-fielder.

C2 Flins > C2 Columbina > Ineffa R1 > Ineffa C1

Ineffa's C1 is better than Columbina's C1 by a lot, her weapon too.

Columbina's key constellation is C2

Bina C2 Ineffa C0 > Ineffa C1 Columbina C0 > Columbina C1 Ineffa C0
