Is anyone still using Genshin Optimizer in the year of 2026?
As the title says. [Genshin Optimizer](https://frzyc.github.io/genshin-optimizer/) is a fan made site meant to help players find the best artifact and stat combinations for their characters to maximize damage or support effectiveness based on their current inventory and team setup. You set it up by using a scanner to scan artifacts, characters, and weapons, and then upload to the site to see your best set ups for your account. it’s pretty intuitive.
Now though, with the introduction of QoL fixes in-game and the DPS calculator in Miliastra Wonderland, it‘s been getting easier to plan this out within the game but I’m still getting frustrated with how Genshin chooses redundant (in my opinion) features to implement over actual useful ones (that GO has). I don’t mean to be a “hater” but I would also like to know others opinions on this and maybe how you would plan out builds with or without using an external tool like I do.

My lauma for instance I chart how much damage she does vs her ER and you can see where the fall off is so you pick enough er before her damage falls off.
Testing in wonderland is a great tool tho.
While the optimizer is still better to know which build is better because it can be really hard to determine which off piece you should use
They do actually complement each other a lot
MW target dummies for seeing team dps and testing rotations, since for artifact-artifact things you'd have to go through all those loading screens just to change one thing
DPS dummy lets you put it into practice, but it doesn't allow you to test minor stat differences accurately due to skill issues lol.
