Mona doesn´t even have enough to eat... Zhongli was the all mighty geo archon Morax who created and minted mora itself for centuries, he was also seen traveling in lavish boats with friends, obviously he kept a lot of his own product for himself...

Except now he has nothing and lives off of everyone else

Mona is actually loaded, she just manages her money very poorly.

If anything its who can make the worst financial decisions possible.
Zhongli had infinite wealth, until he retired and realized he had forgotten to make a 401k and had nothing in savings, so now he's broke with no job history
Mona is rich but spends everything on books till the point she can't afford food, although she does have very valuable talents and is able to fix her issue quite quickly
idk I'd have to say Mona by now, just depends on if she's been shopping lately, cause Zhongli might have wealthier friends
