Why do my team sucks?
So I tried using the new UGC test dummy and when I went to test my teams, I saw vastly different results than I expected. None of my teams are breaking 100k and some of them are premium and while they dont have signature, except chasca, they have a reasonable 5 star to make up for it. For context i posted my builds at end, durin has noblesse, bennet noblesse, chasca and skirk are c1 everyone else is c0 and for the most part I think I have the correct artifacts/crits. Why can’t I break 100k? Am I really playing that badly given my builds don’t seem off to me? Please help, I want to get higher dps.

I hate using Citlali as solo cyro for Mavuika because I activate so much pyro with her and benny that Citali is the one activating melt on pyros instead of enemies having the cyro aura first, then getting hit by pyro. That could be an issue on your rotations making you miss pyro hits on Chasca/Durin.
Do you use "abyss" setting and start with full energy or SO settings with no energy?
Also you should test each team for 1.5-2 minutes.

I will talk about Arleccino, because we have the same teams for her
My overload c1r1 Arleccino does ~134k in 90 seconds. Team the same is yours: Arle, Fish, Durin (c0r1), Chevy. All 4 stars are c6 and magic characters completed their witch homework.
C0r1 Arle should do ~25% less dmg if everything else is the same.
Arle overload is one of the easiest team to execute. The only way to mess things up is to use tap E on chevreuse or have energy issues on Fishl/Durin (oz should be always available to trigger overloads)

If you want more specific advice, you should record your gameplay, so someone could actually analyze it it point out mistakes in rotations, if there are any
For the two overload teams - what constellations are your Chevreuse and Fischl? Both gain a huge amount of DPS with C6, so it actually makes sense you are hovering around 80-90k on both Varesa and Arle teams if you don’t have both of them at C6. Ofc rotations do matter somewhat as well, so you could probably clean your rotations up.
For your Neuvillette team - unless you are running a cryo team with Escoffier or have his C1, he very much wants 3 different elements and gains a massive boost from them. The only repeating element character you want is Furina. Then choose **either** Ororon or Fischl, not both. And your last slot can be someone like Durin. Read his A1 passive “Heir to the Ancient Sea's Authority” for more info.
Edit: Lol reply-blocked, what a loser
No res shred and double hydro/double electro is hurting Neuvillette a lot. Other than that I don't see a problem with teambuilding. He's also probably lacking some CR and HP to be at his best
The rest of the characters seem fine. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these couldn't actually break a 100k at this investment though. Neuvillette especially. Arlecchino, Varesa might also not if Iansan and Chev are low cons and depending on Varesa's weapon. Varesa also wants to pre stack as many of her passion state (or whatever the heck it's called) plunges as possible. This can be done by starting the very first rotation with a skill plunge and then doing two CAs at the end of every rotation, so that every rotation starts with a fully buffed passion plunge and you still have two skill uses off cool down after
Skirk and Chasca should be doing a 100k absolutely though. I think Skirk can theoretically do 100k even without Escoffier. So it's probably more to do with rotations, or support builds. Supports need to be on supportive sets and those need to be triggered properly (such as ensuring scroll activation on Iansan for example). You have all of your talents leveled well, so I doubt that's the issue on supports but of course if their supportive capabilities scale with talents they should be leveled as well
2. Put a hydro with chasca instead of durin.
3. not having c6 Iansan and Chevy is close to a 20% damage loss each.
