Of course there is possibility that the other favonius character he mentioned a few times will be a four star that allows you to access this, similar to how Jahoda and Aino let you perform curitorium and craftshop interactions respectively.

I thought Columbina could also do it? Since she can trigger Lauma's passive with the animals and I was able to talk to one of them with her on the party

It stops after the fifth time you do it, but bringing Lauma along causes a new anecdote to appear the next day.

I mean illuga can do the flins interactions, jahoda can do nefer's interactions and aino does ineffa's interaction (+bina does lauma's). They seem to give special interactions to characters that nearly everyone in the game will have (bina being the archon of the nation, which are always the highest own rate characters)
So only makes sense for razor to be the one doing varka's interactions, but ig they wont release that onto him till varka's out first to leave the novelty for the 5 star first then the 4 star broke boy can have a taste, just like how they did the others lol

If it’s anything like the Flins and Nefer/Jahoda quests, not being able to do them because you don’t have the requisite characters will cause you to miss out on lore and a tiny bit of mora/XP mats. The devs are smart enough not to lock primos behind this kind of thing, at least.
