People in general are "Mostly Leg". Clothing makes the body look much larger than it actually is. Which why I never understood people complaining why characters legs are "Too long".

True. I just find it mildly amusing when certain angles trick the brain into thinking the proportions are wonky. Reminds me that there are simple things to enjoy in life, like taking potshots and Code Geas's art style.

In Neuv's case, it's the camera angle and lighting in his burst paired with the cane obscuring where his legs actually start. They tweaked the burst camera angle and lessened the edge lighting in his legs if you use his new outfit so his legs doesn't look as long as before. The cane is still blocking where his crotch starts though.

Its mostly that calfs are overly exagerated in most works, especially in anime. There's a neat behind the scenes for The Avengers (2012) for example where they explain they made Iron Man's calfs longer to make him seem more heroic.

The way she moves here feels almost unreal...Like the game accidentally captured a quiet, divine moment. Colombina really turns even the strangest scenes into something beautiful.
