Would it be worth to go for liyue cons?

So after mondstad characters getting buffs, liyue will probably follow. My question is, would it be worth to get their constellations or get the cons of any other character? I can also get masterless fortuna from tighnari. In that case, who would be the best pick to level up above 90? I have hu tao C1, do you think her c2 is worth getting?

Depends on the character. Buffs or not, some cons are just darn *useful.*

You say Liyue will follow but there's also still unbuffed Mondstaters like Eula and Jean.

The lack of Liyue buffs in the CNY patch doesn't fill me with hope.

not that many have useful C1s but if you limit yourself only to useful ones you will run out of candidates fast. You can get 4 in a year and you can't double up unless they change the rules.
