Not Yoimiya. She had Hu Tao and Xiangling to deal with on release, and at that time there was only Abyss, which only needed two teams. And Hu Tao and Xiangling were typically run separately for optimal results.

I remember Eula's ult being the "go to" option to showcase damage in Youtube videos. Now a tick of a Lunar reaction does more damage. I really wish she gets a Favonious buff the same way the Hexen got one. I love Eula and I still play her every now and then.

There is a trend to try and make underperforming reactions good again. Burning with Emilie and Kinich, they revived Bloom with Lauma, this expansion gave Electrocharged and Hydro Crystalize some love.
And I think the reason Lunar Crystalize is Hydro only is because Geo causes shatter on frozen targets, and 7.X will have some major reaction involving Cryo+Geo and Cryo+Electro... Yet, somehow, the community will still be all about Freeze/Melt
