just saying the place with city lights (yellow area) isnt Dorman port its Mondstat city nd its surroundings . the tiny ass island above that area is the dornman port or at least a part of it cuz even for an extension standards its way too small of a map UNLESS the entire region is underground like Remuria expansion y

Yes, it is, but you should lower your expectations.
That globe is surely obtained from the current map, which means that Dornman port is currently just covered by the standard mountains that we had since 1.0. Their purpose is only to fill that space, but Dornman port will be completely different just like Sumeru was completely different before its release.

want to add that these mountains have changed over the years despite nothing being added up there. they changed back in sumeru
