Few questions about Faruzan
so im building her for dps xianyun and wanderer, i have her c2
for the artifacts, do I use tenacity or emblem?
and about the rotations, is it necessary to use her right before the dps? I'd prefer using bennet after faruzan so it'll increase bennet's burst duration
her c1 (or c2 i dont really remember which one) gives her two special anemo charged attacks, are they just for her personal dmg or do they give some sort of buff too? should I use them during the rotation?
last and obvious question, is it necessary to lvl up her skill too?

At lower investment levels your goal is to hit her ER requirements first, so you can run 20% ER + 20% ER. After you get a decent set going and your Faruzan is C6 you can switch to TOTM. Before C6 you want to run something like Noblesse or Cinder City.
Levelling her skill becomes more relevant at C6
