Well yea, in irl timing and awareness is important and is way more complicated than whats on display here. But im talking about these two characters, for these two characters it seems like it'd be an easily resolved issue seeing as shes actually into him.

If anything if she knows he likes her and she likes him, she should get through to him somehow instead of waiting for him. If she wants it to be resolved
