I’m confused about the weapons banner

So I accidentally had my fate point form Ineffas weapon and got it even though I wanted Columbinas. I’ve been wishing ever since and got Skyward Atlas 40 wishes ago and Ineffas weapon 100 wishes ago. Am I not already at hard pity?

Well, if you’re at wish 40, then no. I think soft pity starts at 65 or somewhere around there.

I'm not really understanding what you're saying about the fate point here. Did you chart your course for Ineffa's weapon and then get it, so then switched to Columbina's weapon after? Or did you just completely forget to chart a course before wishing?

It doesn't default chart to anything. Either you pick a weapon to chart to or it's not charted to either.

So you made a mistake by charting Ineffas weapon and got it. Then I presume you realised and charted Columbinas weapon and lost to Skyward Atlas and now you are 40 wishes in?

If so, you currently have a guarantee for Columbinas weapon and are about 25 wishes from the soft pity. You could get it sooner but the soft pity on weapon banner is around 65.

Edit: To add, every time you get a 5\* your pity count restarts.
