Planning to pull for Zibai, along with a few cons of Illuga. I will be using HoD on Zibai. What would be the best build for Zhongli? I plan to run Serenade on Columbina and 2-2 EM sets on Illuga.
Zhongli should probably be on Instructor with hp-hp-hp and a favonius; if illuga is at least c2 you can put him on serenade and Columbina on the new set for a bit more off field dmg
