Maybe Fischl and Furina for that cactus man? Idk, it's the most annoying boss in the entire game so far.

Mavuika/Fischl/Iansan/Chevreuse first half, Nefer second half should very easly 36-star it.

A Mavuika team in the first half and you can use maybe Nefer/Raiden/Kokomi/Lauma second half.
When the cactus fight starts use Kokomi + Raiden to depleat the cactus shield, they both alone can do this, after that just go all in with Nefer.
Mavuika can deal with the first half very fast specially if you know her best combos, you can also freeze them to make them skip that attack that makes you go 0 energy if you want to try that.

For the first two level I brute forced them with Nefer, Columbina, Kokomi and Lauma on first and Skirk, Furina, Shenhe and Escoffier for the second. Luckily I killed the cactus within the time thanks to Skirk. I can't do 3 star with her on the last chamber (only 2 star).
I redid it with Nefer, Lauma, Furina and Baizhu on chamber 1 and Raiden Shogun, Columbina, Kokomi and Varesa on chamber 2 and with these I cleared the last chamber with 3 star.
Columbina is really good with the reaction ability that let you get more damage for your old electro unit. Second chamber is easier with electro character. I don't have Ineffa or Flint, so for me before Columbina was nearly impossible to finish with 3 stars (I'm not a skilled player). Consider to pull her if you can.
