Did Khaenri'ah had train and technology???

In AQ she says trains as metaphor but did trains existed in khaenriahs time??
I am not very in with genshin lore which is out of main storyline hidden in some book found in 4 hour world quest about finding legs for fish .

it was never mentioned as I know in the story, but if they can build mountain sized robots, trains shouldn't be that difficult for them to build either

In the Ancient Sacred Mountain in Natlan, the ancient dragon civilization is said to be very technologically advance. They built Secret Source machinery which are basically AI powered robots (Ineffa's core is a Secret Source) and they also have these dragon-shaped "trains" that you can ride on and go to places.

Yeah but that was long ago wasn't it and that tech is lost to time I think

Bro, in the main Archon quest they've talked multiple times about Khaenri'ah having advanced technology. We know all ruin guards come from them, including the giant ones in the Sumeru desert.

It's okay if you don't know or forgot but it's not some deep lore hidden behind an obscure world quest😭😭.

Sneznaya did exist more than 500 years ago and chances are that's where the knowledge of trains came from.

Khaenriah was a very advanced nation, so it's not out of the question a transportation system you might call a train is present to help people move around.
