What if Yunli's signature claymore was in Genshin?

In today's discussion of non-Genshin coming to Teyvat, we are taking a look on Yunli's signature claymore, Old Mettle.

Old Mettle, also known as "The Blade of Forged Remnants", is the sword Yunli uses. It was forged from a cursed sword billet by Yunli herself when undergoing training under Huaiyan.

The base stat is 608, Main stat is CRIT DMG by 66.2%

The substat name is also used from signature lightcone: Dance at Sunset.

ATK% is increased by 20/25/30/35/40, while energy recharge is increased by 30/32/34/36/38%. If elemental burst gauge is full, then ATK% is increased by 250/500/750/1000/1250 for 20 seconds. After that, energy particles will be periodically recovered after performing each normal and charged attack by 6/8/10/12/14 for no less than 3 seconds.

I can tell you who really she is, in compressed format:

A relentless sword hunter from Zhuming whose mission is to melt all cursed swords across the galaxy. General Huaiyan trained her the way she does: by ignoring cursed sword's offer, Yunli pursued the way of swordsmanship in a different manner than of Yanqing.

Speaking of Yanqing, the never ending rivalry of swordfighting starts with a question:

"Which is better, a small and fast blade or big and slow broadblade"?

That rivalry ended with Yaoqing General settled their differences.

Other than that: she also fought borisin humanoid wolves led by heinous criminal Hoolay. Also involved in Wardance festival that is shortly abrupted by said villain.

Oh and one more thing: Yunli's companion quest is the Star Rail's last one ever made. The quest involves the said good-old pursuit of cursed sword that Argenti stole for no reason.

Not only that, single refinement on it is bigger increase than going from R1 to R5 on the best refine scaling weapon.

This really is just 6 year old saying "look at my OC, he's so cool and strong" but with weapon.

You heard me right, a very big ATK increase that will last 20 seconds. It can be activated by using elemental skill.

You just need a really underpowered character or a character with a base kit that feels "unfinished" without signature.

Except this works on every claymore character (except maybe Mav, depending how full you need burst to be). And it's so strong that you can ignore your burst. Or you can go so much ER on cheap bursts that you'll have burst up all the time.

You can put this on any Claymore in a plunge team and it'll be the best team in the game. And it generates energy, just to make sure team's energy needs are fine.

Yeah, OP never heard about "balancing". Modern signatures have more restrictions designed around characters they are meant for to make weapons both worth to pull for that character but not overpower already existing signatures for other characters and demolish their own pulling worth (with rare exceptions like Ganyu's signature, but Amos is standard so her preferring other bows over it is expected). And the more characters we get the more restrictive signatures will be. Just look at the Durin's sword that requires the Hexerei party effect to activate full passive, or Columbina's catalyst that needs the owner to trigger Lunar reactions (which she as hydro character does over Electro and Dendro rather than vice versa. Geo is an exception as it doesn't leave aura but there's also only one Geo catalyst character).

We are pretty much past the time of universally good 5 star weapons. If before restricted signatures were a rare case, now signatures that are good for more than 3 characters or more than one team structure (lunar teams, Hexerei, Nightsoul, HP jumps or a team build around a certain reaction), and not just as a stat stick, is a genuine surprise
