At most, and it's a stretch, they will have Traveler turn all the mementos we have in the Quest Items tab into a Power Source, Mavuika style. Even then, it would be only the ones we collect from the quests mandatory to the End Game.

Not only is it the one oculi to get a level 8 statue, but getting the statue to 8 gives a shrine key which appears to be needed to 100% the Voidsea region.
It will be hard to hold strong, but I will try!
Edit: Iāve identified (with guidance) a couple of things to try to get 100% in that region without the shrine.
