I'm planning to pull on Friday cause of the constellation stuff and who is the best with colombina? Ineffa or flins? I would like the higher dps stuff.
No luck needed, you have more than enough to get 2 guaranteed constellations of bina, or one of each banner. if luck is on your side, you might even get a C3 out of it. enjoy!

Columbina + Ineffa, can be added to some other dps teams
Flins + Ineffa is better than Flins + Columbina

Oh don't you worry: you'll be lucky compared to me. Lost my 50:50 to Dehya and then it took Bina 79 additional pulls to FINALLY come home. 😑

Specifically for Flins, Ineffa. Ideally both as Columbina+Ineffa is great sub-dps core for many dps. but for Flins specifically, Ineffa. note that Bina is bound to get a rerun around some time in the next 5 versions (most likely the 4th) so you have enough time to save if you do not manage to get both
also the standard pulls and regional keys are killing me. pull those when the time you are lacking in pulls for starglitter comes while aim to do the keys asap for more primos.
edit: just calculated your actuall wishes. pull for both C0R0 as you are guaranteed for both. if you already have Flins weapon and are lucky with 50/50, you have the option to also go for R1 or C1 of either

Highest dps team is Nefer, Lauma, Bina flex (Suc, Ineffa, Diona C6 all have their strong points)
Then Flins as relative build for build (Nefer harder to build but more of a hypercarry and the dew is good to go).
But because Ineffa and Bina are so strong together id rather build/invest around them and have constant moving pieces rather than just one catch all.
Both together are great with geo since the holy trinity Xilonen is the sauce. And Ineffa is straight crazy by herself btw

A little of topic : why do you keep 162 pulls for standard banner ? Are you waiting a new standard character ?
